At G2 Automated Technologies, LLC., we use
only certified welders who have proven their
expertise under the strictest theoretical
and performance examinations.
Our welders follow ASME Section IX
specifications and CSA W57 welding
procedures.
Ideal for stainless steel TABLES, Tungsten Inert
Gas (TIG) welding, an electric welding
process whereby heat is generated by an
electric arc between the end of a
non-consumable tungsten electrode and the
base metal and shielded by inert gas, is our
standard joining process. We are also
equipped to perform welding techniques such
as Metal Arc Welding - MIG Welding, and
others.
At G2 Automated Technologies, LLC, we
understand the rigorous requirements of
cleanroom/controlled environments and
consequently use only grades AISI 304, 316,
and 316L stainless steel TABLES in the fabrication
of our products. Superior for use in
Pharmaceutical/Micro-Electronics
environments, our stainless offers
outstanding corrosion resistance, is highly
durable and is easy to clean and keep
contaminant-free.
Although grades AISI 304, 316, and 316L
stainless steel TABLES have excellent
abrasion/corrosion resistance, design,
fabrication, finishing, and installation can
make the difference between the premature
retirement of a given product and a long
life of service.
With precision CNC machining and welding,
and a suitable finish such as passivation
and electro-polishing, stainless steel
TABLES can
be the most effective and long-wearing
furnishing material for the cleanroom
environment.
Electro-Polishing TABLES is an
electro-chemical polishing process that
removes a small uniform amount of surface
material at a controlled rate producing a
smooth, bright and highly reflective finish.
Electro-polished stainless steel furnishings
are highly corrosion resistant, easier to
clean, and effectively defy staining or
adhesion.
Bead Blasting Bead blasting completely
removes any surface grain or texture and
provides a uniform, smooth satin finish.
No. 4 Polish A No. 4 polish is a
general-purpose mechanically polished finish
resulting in a fine satin directional grain.
Standard Mill Plate Finishes 2B Finish
With the 2B finish the metal grains are
flattened, giving the steel a smooth matte
surface appearance.
Pickling and Passivation Pickling and
passivation involves the removal of surface
iron from stainless steel using acid
solution (mild oxidant) for the purpose of
eliminating corrosion-causing surface
contamination and encourages the formation
of a protective oxide film.

General Product Procedures
Documentation
1.1 Each customer's individual product has
its own drawing number controlled by the G2
engineering department.
1.2 Each item drawing requires the customer
to read and sign off on 3D drawing review.
1.3 Each product has a serial number for
product registration.
Material
2.1 Table tops and countertops are SS 304 or
316.
2.2 Legs and frames are 304.
2.3 Leveling feet are either clean room
compatible polyurethane or SS 304; rods and
nuts are SS 304.
TIG Welding
All elements in all units utilize 100% TIG
welding. All welded tubing structures are
completely sealed.
Surface Finish
4.1 All SS 304 raw materials either 2B
finish or 3B polished.
4.2 After TIG welding, all sharp edges are
sanded and buffed.
4.3 Complete electropolish provides the
equivalent to a mirror finish.
Loading Capacity
5.1 All units framed with 1" x 1" tubing
TABLES
that can support 200 lbs. continuously.
5.2 All 1" x 2" framing can support 800 lb.
continuously.
5.3 All frames made with 1 5/8¡¨ round
tubing that can support 600 lbs.
continuously.
Pressurization Testing
Clean room Class 1, 10, 100 required
electropolishing. All tubing structures are
pressurized to 25 psi in our clean water
tank for 35 minutes to check for leaks,
ensuring that no acid remains inside or
outside.
Warranty
A one-year warranty to the end user as long
as the unit is in proper usage in the clean
room or laboratory area. Any defects in
workmanship will be repaired or replaced by
G2.
Packaging
8.1 General packaging: White polyethylene
triple corner-covered, with four layers of
clear stretch wrap. Each unit is then placed
on a skid and wrapped again.
8.2 Clean Room Packaging: This optional
packaging is available in a class 1000 area.
8.3 Crate Packaging: Option 1 or 2 above is
also available in crate packaging.
