Steel Sink is designed for use in hospitals, surgery centers, & health care industries providing surgeons with a simple convenient way to wash up for pre-op scrubbing.
Materials Of Fabrication: The SURGI-KLEEN 1000 is manufactured from a heavy gage #3 Brushed Finish Stainless Steel. Our surgical sinks our completely seamless weld construction, and can be Ultra Clean electro-polished as an option.
The SURGI-KLEEN 1000 inter-cabinet is designed with the latest in sound deadened technology to greatly reduce the noise factor. This unit can be installed utilizing wall mount hardware, or can come as a stand alone unit.
Access Use:
Our SURGI-KLEEN 1000 is designed with removable front panels for ease of access, that allows for maintenance on items such as control valves, waste connections, etc.
Sink Design Features: The SURGI-KLEEN 1000 comes standard with a sloped bottom surface that will minimize splashing and over spill along with a 1-1/2” OD tailpiece with a 3” flat strainer drain. These features are to allow for maximum usability.
Gooseneck Design Features:
The SURGI-KLEEN 1000 provides a 1-1/2” spray head that can be removed for maintenance or complete sterilization.
Constant Water Temperature Valve Control Mixing: This valve is accessible through the removable panels and is easily adjustable, and will automatically shut off if the hot or cold water supply fails.
Actuated Water Valve Supply: Is an actuated one push of a knee-operated front paned and turned off by simply a second push of the mechanical pilot type actuator.
